Werner van Rooyen is the founder and lead facilitator of HowToTender, one of South Africa’s leading providers of tender training and consulting services. As a qualified Professional Accountant and B-BBEE Professional, he combines extensive commercial experience with in-depth knowledge of the South African procurement environment. 

Over the years, Werner has helped thousands of businesses improve their tendering skills through practical workshops, webinars, consulting services, and training programmes. He is also the author of several tender manuals and guides, regularly publishes articles on government procurement, and is recognised for simplifying complex tender regulations into practical, easy-to-follow strategies.
